If you run the PS command get-wmiobject win32_product you get a list of all the install applications.... if you look at the snow agent you see the version that was originally installed - not the current version..... any ideas why?
This is a long standing problem if you update the agent via the SMACC and not a new Msi package.
The update mechanism can change the exe files but has no rights to update the registry entries associated with it.
Inventory server suffers the same issue.
Standard Windows installers processes sadly.
