Per B Stad asked a question.
How do I proceed when I should add a CSP license in my agreement?
Example: Microsoft 365 E3, the SKU according to Crayon is: 2B3B8D2D-10AA-4BE4-B5FD-7F2FEB0C3091 and it doesn't exist in Snow . But if I search on application Ive get several suggestions on "normal" SKUs. See pic.
How should i proceed or think ? Im I all wrong?

Hi,
I'm not sure that the number you have provided is a Microsoft SKU, this looks more like a product serial number. I would suggest that you reach out to 'Crayon' and request the appropriate SKU in the first instance. Once you have this, you should be good to go as most if not all Microsoft SKUs are available in Snow. If you find that the SKU you have does not exist, then it may be a custom SKU in which case you can either request a new application to be added via a support request or you can simply pick the Application name as you have done already without the SKU as this will still work in Snow.
I hope this helps,
Mike
