  • Where are you looking for the email address to be displayed?

The List All Users gets most of its information from the profiles on the local machines scanned by the agent and thus doesn't normally contain an email address.

I need the email addresses assigned to the respective users so that snow can link them to o365

  • i look in the Information Tab directly in the properties of the user. If i insert the email manually it works with the linking to the o365 tenant.
