Sorry I have not been trained to use SNOW and the members who used the Sofware previously all left the Department.
An example are the adobe products but when I look for this in application in SNOW I just look by name and match the one I believe is closest. If I look by SKU all the numbers begin with 9*s but all the SKU I get sent when purchasing adobe products all begin with 65*.
I don’t think mine are updating. I don’t think these are new codes.

Can you please advise of the page URL that all the various templates are listed on instead of a direct open link to a specific template? Unfortunately none of the templates have been coming up in any of the searches I have performed since the community portal upgrade.

This should happen automatically every night when the SRS is updated by Snow.
If you need to do this manually you can do so from the Snow Update app on the SLM server.
Or are you referring to creating custom application recognition rules in the SMACC for say in house applications?

As Joseph mentioned earlier, your SKU list is updated every day through the SUS / SRS update.
If a sku is missing, you can contact support.
