- Portal Useryep - a compliance exclusion for those devices - unfortunately it would have to be a manual exclusion selection so you would need to ensure you were keeping this list up to date, but at least you can sort/filter by custom fieldsExpand Post

But also for e.g. the status like Deployed|Decommissioned|Being decommissioned, ServiceOwner etc. We run a daily export from our CMDB for this type of information and use the SLM Web-Configurator Import Service to import this data into Snow. This way we enrich the data available in Snow.Expand Post
