SNOW SKU Database

Trying to input licenses entitlements into Snow and have a question. In Add License form , I see the option to "Search Application " for which the entitlement concerns via user application name or SKU. Yet when I try for example the below I returns nothing. Trend Micro Deep Security Enterprise - license - 1 CPU (socket) Insight # DXNN1311 Mfr. # DXNN1311 UNSPSC: 43233205 DX00999047:-Deep Security - Enterprise - per CPU (Socket): New, Government, 1-10 License,12 Is this due to my having the wrong SKU codes or is it the database doesn't have them or do I need to do something to import SKU codes into SNOW. Cheers

or another example I tried is Total User Management Bundle Mnt (USR), powered by Landesk (LDTUM-M) Manufacturer no.: LDTUM-M Bechtle no.: 4199562 Segment: Corporate Product language: German Germany, English United States, Spanish Spain, French France, Italian Italy Operating system: Cross-platform Type: Maintenance but couldn't find for example yet its on the site of a well known reseller.

There is no application called "Trend Micro Deep Security Enterprise" in SLM. This might be your problem. Maybe you need to request this application to be added through a SRS request.
