Local Service Gatway Data missing

Hello mates,

Strange thing is going on with LSG Data . I have installed LSG in costumer environment on Friday when I saw Data in backend was 605 devices and same time I saw all the devices coming in to SLM Web UI called "Computer Thar are not inventoried" but on Monday there are only 15 computers but in backend 2048 computers, but not on SLM web UI.

Can anyone shared his/her experience here if any one face such issue with LSG?

    Hi Kaushal, Is the gateway accessible from any computer in the backend? You can test it via e.g. IE by typing in the address of your Gateway Please test also the configured forwarder address of your Gateway

      Hello Detlev, we have receiving the data correctly and Server is also accessible but the problem is that we do not have same data in front end. In backend we have around 1000 machines which has no agents installed with in 90 day active machines but in front we can see only 550 machines. regards, Kaushal Barash

    it sounds like you have configured AD discovery and it's discovered the computers, but the agent hasn't been installed (or correctly installed) on them..........

      Yes Adam, I have just configured LSG for the report  "Asset that are not inventoried" in backend we have good data but in front end we have incomplete data. SLM is 9.3 and Inv server version is 6.4 Do the needful. regards, Kaushal Barash

        If the Inventory server is showing you the correct information, and the SLM interface isn't then I'd suggest that you have an issue with the Data Update Job (DUJ). Is this running correctly? Does it have any errors??
