Reporting eol dates

Where do I report eol dates to snow to incorporate into the database?

Looking at a suppliers website and their published eol dates are not in snow for software we have installed.

I cant see an obvious submission link on the SnowGlobe site

You can raise a regular support case from our Customer Support Portal stating your request for End of Life data to be added to the specified application. It will really help our Data Intelligence Service team if you include the link to the suppliers website where they publicly state EOL dates. That way we can be sure that this data is applicable for everyone.
