Incorrectly Labeled Software

We have ran into the issue were many of the applications showing negative compliance do not actually require a license. Where is Snow pulling this information to determine whether or not a license is needed? When it is incorrectly setup how can we manual fix this for now?

Good day Andrew, if you find a wrongly categorized app, regarding metric/license need, you can submit a case to our Support team, adding information about the correct license type, like a vendor declaration or similar, to help us identify the correct one. Hi, Also, if it is a one-off and you simply want to take it out of your compliance- you can edit an application and select- no license required.
