Deleting Locally Added Application from SMACC Error

Hello, Has anyone else encountered an error when trying to delete a locally added application from SMACC? I have checked and the application has no licenses against it, we are receiving the below message: Any help is much appreciated. Kind regards, Aurora.

Hi Aurora, This type of error hints at an issue that cannot be solved locally. A stock SQL query is expecting a Unique Identifier, but the query is given instead a string that does not match the pattern of a Unique Identifier. Snow Support is needed. Feel free to submit a ticket.

  Hi Samuel, Thank you for your feedback. Just before I was about to raise a ticket, I double checked today, if the local application was present, but it had disappeared. So having checked SMACC the following day, it appears to have resolved itself. Thank you for your help. Kind regards, Aurora.
