Tab Users inside a Computer view

Hello,

I've a question concerning the tab Users inside a a specific computer view.

This tab will show all users that have already been logged inside this computer or only the last ones? Which rules may apply for this list?

Will be interesting to keep track of all users since a computer in my organization can be re-assigned to other user after some time.

Actually I am not using “Snow agents”. Only connectors... to Ivanti, BigFix, etc. And so far I haven’t seen the list showing several users; probably just showing the latest gatthered from the connectors. Thanks.

Hi ‌, It is my understanding (and I could be wrong ) that SNOW picks up the users from the "Users" folder in the C:\ drive e.g. C:\Users\UserName You can set ignore rules for system accounts e.g. C:\Users\Win7Default SNOW will also keep a history of these users for a period of time (Metering History) so, even if the user account is removed from the device (GDPR maybe) it will still show you some detail of who else has access the device. Hi ?, It depends on the SMACC configuration regarding User quarantine management how you set that up. In normal circumstances if User Quarantine deletion isn't activated all users should be listed in that view. Hope this helps. Best, Kadir
