Snow Agent Update to address KB article KB0017958.

I am trying to setup a new agent update via SMACC to all our endpoints since the Snow agent critical update was found in KB article KB0017958.

I have one gateway server which has our servers and laptops desktops reporting to it. Servers have a different config and the laptops/desktops have a different one. When creating the agent update for windows I want to simply update the agents to 5.3.

In the setup i am asked for support files, do i have to specify these? If so what would these files be? and where could i get them from?

Hi Ammar, a support file are the additional files such as Snow signed PowerShell scripts. If you are just upgrading then there should be no need to add these.   Hi Jelle Thanks for your reply, i had set an agent last week update following the documentation and left it running but it still isn't showing any agents updated. It just shows its in progress.
