App appear at computer but at license says there's no app qualified installed
Hi, I'm having a problem as follows:
Some listed servers at applications with some installation, after having license attributed, are shown in license attribution screen with application not qualified installed message.
When at the server with problem, sometimes in the installed app list the app appear and sometimes it does not. And when it appears shows the not covered by any license message
Cache was cleaned and the compliance recalculated, but the problem persists.
Does anybody had the same problem?
