Auto Connect Rule "According to Primary User" not apply to server
Hi guys, I've recently realized that this Rule does not apply to servers, but only to PCs. Is it by design? ..maybe is documented somewhere and I missed it
Hi Oliver! We have several customers where we want to know the total logged in time per user and computer for the past 90 days. The Snow presentation is sometimes enough, sometimes not.
I have search in SnowInventory and SnowLicenseManager, but I have not yet been able to find what I am looking for. With inv.DataUserAccount, inv.DataLoginUser, and inv.DataClient, I am able to find when the user has logged in (and resolve the user name and computer name). But I am missing when the user logged out or shut down the computer. Do you know if that information is available somewhere?
Hi @Jonas Nilsson , Out-Of-the-Box , the agent is not transporting log-off datetime, as the schema does not
You eventually could correlate this with the data from inv.datametering.lastused, but only per day, not per logon and only for metered applications.
Please take into consideration, that gathering and analyzing such data in general could be a point for discussions in some parts of the world, where employee rights is a thing (not saying, assuming or judging anything here, just sharing my experiences from nice germany :-) ).
I hope that helps you somehow.
Cheers Oliver
