Users from Mac's issue?
Hi,  Very new to Snow and have only just started deploying the agent on two machines 1x Windows and 1x Mac. upon checking i see the agent has pulled through all these 'Users' (32 users when i believe 4 is the maximum of users logged into these laptops) when these are not actually user's and more like Services. is this normal?

    Hi Josh, is correct. We encountered this a while ago and worked through how to remove the accounts here:  MAC System Users Hope this helps.

    Hi Josh, I saw this happen in a previous case and the workaround is that you can  add a filter on users that blocks users which contains %\_% in the Snow License Manager User Exclusion filters.       that's great where do i go to get to the User Exclusion filters is that in the SMACC? or in the SML itself?

          Ours is Hosted so i will pass this info onto the providers to change in the SMACC thanks for your help

    It's funny, I just posted on this topic recently but I didn't see this answered already, even while searching for it.  Is it just me or is the search functionality within this community platform sometimes flaky?

    Hi ‌ BEWARE : Please note that the filter needs to present the underscore between brackets !!! The filter must be: %\[_]% This is because the underscore "_" character is also a wildcard! (replacement for any 1 character) If you implement the filter without the square brackets, it will exclude more than what you want Please see this thread that presents a solution from ‌
