SCCM Snow Agent Version Numbers

Hello,

Is there an identifier that can be used in SCCM wen deploying out a newer version of the agent on mass.

We have a few customers upgrading versions of the agents however in SCCM, it doesn't display the version of the agent installed so the customer when trying to re-deploy, is blind to the version at the time of deployment.

Is there an SCCM identifier to aid with this?

Hi ‌ This doesn't exactly answer your question but if you're looking for an alternative suggestion at all - although we do push out the Snow Agent via SCCM, we don't rely on SCCM to identify where upgrades are needed. (I personally don't use SCCM at all its not my remit) You may have already done this but basically, I use Snow to identify which computers need an upgraded agent and then provide a list to the SCCM team to deploy as appropriate. It's a pretty quick extract and if you do have access to SCCM and the authority to do so, you can just act on the information at hand.
