Alerts on licenses

Is it possible to create alerts on licenses according to the maintenance and support period ? The license has no agreement and has no subscription period.

I want to get an alert, when the maintenance and support period will expire. I only get alerts, when the subsription period will expire

Hi Matthias, yes this is possible. you can set alerts using the my notifications option. this can be found when you click home,administration. you can then set a new alert based on license. using the will expire option. then in criteria you can set how many days before expiry. If you don't see the administration option when you click on home then you will need to request access from your Snow administrator or ask them to setup the alert, You will also need to have configured an email server in your Snow Management and Configuration Center (SMACC) Kind regards, Jelle

  Hi Jelle, thanks for your reply. The notification you describe, I've already done. But it seems to work only for subscription period. We have licenses without subscription but with support and maintenance periods. For these licenses I don't get alerts when the support and maintenance period will expire. As a workaround, I can set addionally to the support und maintenance period also the subscription period. But it would be helpful if I could also set alerts to the software and maintenance period. cu Matt
