Moving from old to new Microsoft Enterprise Agreement

In Snow, we have a master software agreement for our current Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and two sub agreements for the two SCE enrollments.  All licenses are attached to the sub agreements.  Our new Microsoft Enterprise Agreement will start on July 1 of this year.  What is the best practice for transitioning from the old to the new Microsoft agreement in Snow?  Do I create a new master and sub agreements for the new EA and keep the old agreements for historical purposes?  We are running Snow 7.0 revision 24.

Hi William, i think you have also new Agreement numbers! The best practice for transitioning from the old to the new Microsoft Agreement is create a new master and Sub Agreements with yor new data e.g. Agreement number and periods. Then you can go to your attached licenses (Old Agreement) Here you can upgrade all your licenses to the new Agreements. For upgrade a license click on Upgrade License ... All Data must be the same as your original! Select yor new Agreement and save. after that yor original license will be become 0 in quantity (This is for historical view)
