    Hi Angela, Just to be sure, since you are already exporting data, are you interested to get these data into Snow in an automated way?   or are you looking for a way to get this information collected by Snow Inventory Agent technology? If you go for the 1st option, creating (computer) custom fields (named SIM IMEI) and importing this data using the "update existing computers" functionality in Snow would work. It would be an easy import to realize if you export the SIM IMEI numbers including the (laptop) host name/computer names, with these fields the import should work. If not, and it should be included in the inventory agent scan, then we should check the possibilities for collecting this data in the first place. Best Regards, Burak

      Hi, I found the 1st option time consuming to do this on a daily basis, so was looking for the agent to collect this information as we have a lot of mobile workers with SIMs in their devices (laptops).
