This needs to be done in several ways. Monitoring your ‘Home’ > ‘Snowboard’ and your ‘Computer Inventory status’ widget daily to weekly to make sure new inventory data is coming in. Monitoring your ‘Computers’ > ‘List all computers’ view to track and archive systems as part of your IT Lifecycle Management. You can sort by ‘Last Scan Date’, ‘Status’, etc. to subset your data. You can use multi select to modify the status of multiple systems to set to ‘Archive’ status of back to ‘Active’ status if necessary. We recommend weekly to monthly for this activity.
