Identify unused applications

Hallo, my name ist Ridvan. We have been using SNOW in our company since 2017. Now the question from our CEO is: "Which applications have not been used in the last 3 months?"

Although I have been able to identify which applications have been used at least once since 2017 but have not been used in the last 3 months. However, SNOW shows me a list of applications that have never been used since 2017. This list also includes applications that the system uses in the background, such as all our Windows licenses.

How can I generate a reliable list of applications that has not been used in our company since 2017?

Thanks in advanced

  • Which report are you using?   Unused applications per computer or Potential software cost savings
    • Hi Mark, I proceeded as follows: 1. With the help of the report "appliaction per user", I have filtered all applications that have not been used in the last 3 months. 2. Now I have to identify all applications that have never been used by a user since the integration of SNOW. Unfortunately, all applications are in the list (list of all applications filtered by user 0) that have never been used or are constantly being used by the system. Unfortunately, SNOW shows no usage in the Users column for applications used by the system Maybe I'll go wrong too. Is there an easier way to identify applications that have not been used in the last 3 months and can be deleted? Thanks and kind regard Thanks and kind regards Ridvan RRi
