Report - Top 10 Apps Usage

hello, completely new to Snow and have been asked to run a report to show the top 10 standard apps used onsite, and top 10 specialist apps run on site. I can see the obvious, all apps, but what would be the best report to use to get app usage, showing how often the app is used, and for how long please? TIA.

Hi Lyn, you can use the Default Snowboard The Widget Most used applications (avg. minutes)has the data…. click on View Data, the you can see what you want.

    Hello, possibly the last (Yearly statistics per application), but not least, report could be what you are looking for as a solution: Here you can set multiple filters to find exactly what you need (usage and/or installations etc.). Greetings, Roland

    What is this report really telling us? Is the year the last time that product was seen used? Same with Month? I have also been asked to produce a report that shows all installed but unused software. Running the report with no criteria is too big to run and for Excel. Would like something that gives me a clue for product name so I can dig deeper.
