License Import won't load the refreshed data

License Import won't load the refreshed data in the edited spreadsheet template.

Steps that I took:

License Import - Start a New Import, but cancel import at this stage - "License import - Preview of imported data (step 4 of 5)".

After editing a spreadsheet and Resume Current Import OR Starting a New Import, the tool will not see the refreshed data in the spreadsheet. It is as if it caches the file.

I have tried different browsers (IE, Chrome), renamed the file, moved the file to a different network location to no avail.

Hi Simon, Why are you cancelling on step 4 of 5? Step 4 is a preview of what it will look like in Snow, Step 5 is when it actually imports. Laim

Hi Simon, thank you for your questions on our forum. Could you please carry out these steps in SLM; go to Home => Administration => click on " Clear temporary cache memory ": And after that close your browser and then start the import again as a new import. Are you able to reach step 4 again, and see the changes you made in the import sheet? If not, you'll need elaborate a bit more about what you are trying to achieve in step 4, with regards to particular fields and or columns.
