Converting a user's reports to a generic

A colleague has written very good reports. Since we do not want to save the reports to one person - in case he/she leaves and the reports and the templates created by him/her are deleted - we would like to convert the reports to a generic user.

Does anyone know how this is possible?

Hi Julian, You can share your reports with other Snow Users. So, create a generic Snow User account in the SMACC and share the report with this user. Kind regards, Jeroen

    Hi Julian, If the original user is removed the shared reports are removed as well. You can solve this by logging in as the new user, open the report and save it to a new folder. Kind regards, Jeroen
