FEATURE REQUEST: Enhancement of user profile

Hi Snow Developers of SNOWGLOBE,

I request to add system data to user profiles. It would make sense that the system data (release and version) can be registered in the own user profile.

Following the data should be copied from user profile into service requests (tickets).

The data should be visible for support staff.

It is boring to be asked all the time the same things.

Be more efficient!

    Hi Marcus,   I’m not sure what you are after, but feature request should go through support. You can log a ticket with you request at support@snowsoftware.com or go the online support portal . Also located under the Resource section from the Snow Community. Kind regards, Jeroen

        Hi Markus, to speed this up, please answer the following questions and send them into the ticket. What is your objective with this feature? Why is this feature important? Why is this feature important? How frequently would you use this feature? How are you working around it today? How do you envision the solution?
