License Assignments, How and whom?

Hello,

Another question from me . I have a big confusion regarding the license assignment charging license from license template excel table: for Microsoft we need to divide some products between countries (with an exact quantity for each country, ex. Spain 30, France 20, Italy 40) then i am absolutely sure I should add a "no" into the auto allocate table. But my question is, how could inform to SNOW system about this division between countries? Could it be added in the License tab import or should we change manually this in the portal once the license is imported and upgraded into the system by the tab.

Please could you provide the fastest way to divide these license between countries?

Hi Victor, if you want to assign license quantities to countries, you should first setup the organisation structure accordingly. Once having the countries setup as organisation units, you can select each relevant country and add it to the assignment tab. First you choose the country, then you click OK and then you click Add. Once added, you can now assign your quantity. The assignment can be done manually or via the import template. Best regards, Alex
