We have a process where we archive machines that are scrapped/lost stolen, so we can reference the data, as part of that policy we delete items every 12 months. As part of the GDPR, we have been told that a manual process is not good enough and that we need to automate the removal. Is there a way to do this already? Maybe within the SMACC?
