CSV import/export: have the other solution export the data and import it using the Snow Web Configurator. API: please refer to the official Snow product documentation of this integration option: "User Guide: SLM Web API - Update revision 8.1". SQL to SQL: this is customized to fit any customer requirement, if the other solution also uses SQL. (new) connectors in SIM 5.7: more information can be found in this document “ https://snowprod.service-now.com/support/?id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=fcf83cae0f06a2002944f88ce1050e63”: I was looking at the export functionality today: you can now export computer applications and/or applications.
