SMACC Autoconnect Rule's

I have Snow configured with 2 organisations IMImobile Europe and IMImobile India. For IMImobileEurope i have auto connect rules for our users domain "UK.imidomain.com" set to Domain like %UK%.

But what i am finding it that this rule also includes assets which are joined to the IMIUK domain. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

Also i have tried to add a subnet range's for e.g 192.168.254.x but i cant add a range just one ip :s

Any help is greatly appreciated?

Since you are using a wildcard of %UK%, anything with that in it will auto assign based on that rule. For IP's you can do a 192.168.254.% or 192.168.% depending on where you need it to be. I wish SNOW would add subnet to the rules. But that would require the logic behind it to make it work. The autoconnect rules function is great if you have enough difference in your organization naming or IP subnets to separate clearly. You'll need to find something that separates them enough. Will device Name separate them correctly?

If you want to create a wildcard for "UK.imidomain.com ", try to use like "UK.%". As ? mentioned, you should use a wildcard in IP address, like 255.255.25%.5% or 192.168.254.%. Best regards, Viktors
