Hi Ammar, Once you click on this notification it will take you to a report which gives the following information. These are computers which already have an agent on it but not reporting for x days. It's not possible to save this specific report, but you do can export it, however it will be manual. To automate it, you can see if you can use the existing "All Computers" report, use the "Last Scanned" column to filter   (configure a value you prefer to see) After this, you  do have the possibility to save this report as a custom report and schedule it to your e-mail. "Computer That Are Not Inventoried" report, will only give you an overview of computers which do not have the Snow Inventory Agent installed Hope this Helps Best Regards, Burak

Hi Ammar, one possible way would be to go to the report All computers and add filter criteria. Unfortunately, the exact filter criterion is missing. You would need something like "Last scan date is 'without' 1 month". You have two possibilities: Schedule export "All computers", as well as "All computers, where last scan date is within 1 month" and run a manual delta report out of these two Reach out to your local account manager or customer success manager and ask for a custom report for this I hope I could help you with my answer. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Best regards /marcel

Hi Ammar, additionally, you can send in a Feature Request via support@snowsoftware.com  and tell my colleagues, that you would like to have this certain filter criterion in the designated report. Please attach a screenshot and a short description with your business case, so there will be no unnecessary questions. Best regards /marcel
    • Question: Can I have certain optional columns added to a report so it will run it with those columns every time instead of manually adding them? I have a report that I add several columns to through the column selector feature. But I can't run the report as a scheduled report because those columns aren't there, so I'm running the report manually on a regular basis. Are you saying I can send in a request to support and ask for those to be added automatically?

      • Yes, when you get a report setup the way you want, added columns etc. Save it. Three blue dots area, save report. You can also schedule it to have it in your mailbox at your desired frequency.

Hi Sarah, to clearify this: You can adapt every report by adding columns and adding filter criteria over the top area. This report would show all computers with a computer name starting with 'SERVER'. You can combine as many filter criteria as you like. You can then save this as a new report. You can give this report a name and put it to a custom group, if you like. You can then schedule this report via the normal scheduling process. Please note: The quick-filter fields on top of the tables will not be saved in the report. Please only use the filter section as shown in the first picture. /marcel

        • This is exactly what I need, Marcel. Thank you so much!!
  • Hi Ammar, Click the report in your dashboard > click three blue dots in the top right corner > Save Report > Go to Reports Section > Search for your just saved "Computers that are not inventoried" report (by default it should be in "Ungrouped reports" group > Click Schedule report button. Done. I hope this helps! Juha from Finland
