Sending notifications to multiple people

Is there a way to send notification emails to multiple people at once when creating notifications? I want to send notifications that agreements are expiring at certain time periods to more than one person (e.g. the person in charge of approving product usage and the IT person who ultimately manages the product). Can I use one notification and put in multiple email addresses into the Send To field or do I have to create one notification per person? It seems like the latter way will be confusing and clutter up my notifications list.

    Hi! We have had a lot of questions regarding the Notification feature which does not work for the moment. I was informed yesterday that next release will solve the problem, which is expected in the beginning of February. Regards, Maria

      As far as I know the notification mailing has worked for multiple receivers (separated by ; in the receivers field) in our SLM 8.1. Now we're running 8.2.03. As we have automated several alarms and reports I would be strongly interested to know exactly why and where the mailing doesn't work anymore, so that I can send those notifications manually.

        Roger, I am able to send reports to multiple people, but when I try to create a new notification to send an email telling users that their software is expiring using My Notifications, I can't save the notification whether I use a comma or semicolon to separate the names.

          Got it. So the existing should still work. I've just checked that and I confirm: Not able to save new notifications

    I've tried adding a comma between names. I can't save the notification when I do that. But if I put in only one name then it will let me save the notification.

    Hi Sarah!  You can send the same notification to multiple emails by using a comma as the separator.

      Hi Kristy We have try setting up the notifications like this for multiple emails by using a comma as the separator but still does not work. Please can you advise ? (we have try - ;,%" as separators as still does not work) We are currently using version 8.2 of SLM Also notice under here it mentions that we have to wait for a new release? https://community.snowsoftware.com/thread/2015-notification-feature

        Hi Kaite, This is an example of one of our email notifications: We used ; to seperate the addresses, make sure you also have selected the Active box. Kind Regards Harry

          Hi Harry Thank you for your response but I was referring to Snow Notifications for Agreements rather than the reporting. Kind Regards Katie

            Hi Katie, Works the same as the reporting but you are right there seems to be an error. Can i suggest you use screenshots of what you are trying to do that way it's easier to understand what you mean and which part you are talking about. Cheers Harry
