Get the most out of Flexera Forums

Flexera Community forums are a place to connect, learn, and share knowledge with peers across the Flexera community, whether you’re just getting started or deep into your product journey.

To make sure your questions get seen by the right experts and your insights reach the people who need them most, we’ve put together this quick guide on how to navigate our "third space."

What is this space for?

The forums are a collaborative space where peers help peers. You’ll often see Flexera staff participating however the forums are not a replacement for official support.

Before You Post

A few quick checks can help you get faster, more relevant answers responses:

  • Search First: Check our documentation and existing discussion threads - your question may already be answered in a forum post, doc, or learning resource
  • Start Fresh: If you find a helpful thread that is over a year old, don't reply to it, create a new post instead to ensure it gets fresh eyes.
  • Check the Guidelines to understand what works best in this space
  • Location Matters: To ensure your post doesn't get "lost in the noise," always post directly within a specific forum category or tag it correctly (see our "Where to Post" guide below).

Where Should I Post?

For the best visibility and the fastest response times, we recommend aligning your posts with these main solution hubs:

  • Flexera One: Covers ITAM, Cloud Cost Optimization, SaaS Management, Automation, and the ServiceNow App
  • Snow Atlas: For all topics related to our cloud‑native SaaS management and technology intelligence platform
  • Snow License Manager: For Snow License Manager–specific questions
  • FlexNet Manager: Dedicated hub for FlexNet Manager Suite topics
  • AdminStudio: For application packaging, compatibility, and deployment
  • App Portal / App Broker: For software self‑service, request, and fulfillment questions

Pro-Tip: Always manually tag one of the major forums above. If a post isn't tagged to a specific forum category, our experts might miss it!

Need Official Support?

If you’re facing a technical bug or a mission-critical issue that requires a formal ticket, our [Support Hub] is the place to go.

Happy Posting! We can’t wait to see what you’ll share next.
