Summary

Different versions of the ServiceNow integration application support different features across versions of FlexNet Manager Suite.

Synopsis

FlexNet Manager Suite supports integration with ServiceNow so that data can be exchanged between the two systems. This integration requires an integration application, and the version of this integration application determines the functionality/data exchange between the two systems. Occasionally, some improved functionality also requires an update to FlexNet Manager Suite, as is the case for version 4 or version 5 of the integration application.

This article compares versions 3.x and 4.0 and later of the integration application, and the functionality that these expose with different versions of FlexNet Manager Suite.  In version 5.0, the name of the integration application that is in the ServiceNow store changed to Flexera Integration

Note: Version 5.0 and Version 4.0 of the integration application of the integration application supports ServiceNow versions Madrid, New York, and Orlando. Version 3.x of the integration application supports ServiceNow versions Helsinki, Istanbul, and Jakarta.
