Unable to start the Admin and Reporting Service in FNMEA UAT servers

Hi Team,

We are unable to the Admin and Reporting Service in FNMEA UAT servers.

Getting the below error message.

PS E:\FLEXnet\manager\admin> .\flexnet.bat service start
Using the X86-64bit version of prunsrv
ERROR: Failed to load service configuration
PS E:\FLEXnet\manager\admin

Please help us on this error.

Hi Dhananjayan,

Thanks for sharing the error. Can you navigate to "admin/reporting_install_directory/site/bin/"  folder and execute "./flexnet-service start" to start admin or reporting server as service. The same is also mentioned in the installation document of FNMEA. Let me know your manager start as service.

I have found the solution and fixed the issue.

Some environmental variable setup issue.
