Are There Any Proxy Settings Specific to On-Prem FNMS?

Hi all ...

Are there any proxy settings specific to on-prem FNMS or does FNMS simply use whatever is configured for the server (under Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings, then entering Proxy Settings)?

I believe the answer to this is "There aren't any FNMS specific proxy settings" but I need to confirm.  Thank you!

Hi Mark,

• The Beacon Server has proxy setting options for its parent connection as well as inventory connections. https://docs.flexera.com/FlexNetManagerSuite2024R1/EN/WebHelp/index.html#tasks/FIB-Proxies.html
• The replication feature seems to offer proxy settings as well: https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Manager-Knowledge-Base/Configure-inventory-beacon-to-replicate-through-a-proxy-server/ta-p/5240
• There's also proxy settings for mgsimportrecognition.exe to download he libraries. https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Manager-Knowledge-Base/ImportPURL-exe-Proxy-Authentication-Support/ta-p/5611

Perfect, just what I needed.  (I'm not using any of these options but am troubleshooting a connection issue unrelated to Flexera, and am performing due diligence.)  Thank you!
