    • What’s happening: Modernizing SAM on Atlas UI 
    • What you’ll notice: Updated visual styling and improved consistency across SAM on Snow Atlas pages

    • Why it matters: This change enables innovation, consistent reporting, and a more unified experience. 

     

    What’s changing in Snow Atlas 

    We are modernizing SAM on Snow Atlas pages to improve visualizations and performance. The updated pages will not have functionality or logic changes*. You’ll notice visual consistency with these updated pages. 

     

    *Except for Agreements and Users, where enhancements will be introduced and communicated in a dedicated post. 

     

    Affected Snow Atlas pages 

    The following SAM Core pages are included in the modernization scope. These areas will be visually updated and technically modernized while maintaining functional parity. 

     

    Administration & configuration 

    • Custom Objects (Release planned for April 14th, 2026) 
    • Datacenters and Clusters (Release planned for April 14th, 2026) 
    • Application Family (in Early Access) 
    • Manufacturers (in Early Access) 
    • Administration pages (in Early Access) 
    • Agreements (in Early Access) 
    • Users (in Early Access) 

     

    Navigation & discovery 

    • Computer Search and Application Search pages 
    • Overview pages 

     

    Data & imports 

    • Snowboards 
    • Import pages 
    • Reports 

     

    The order and timing of page updates may vary. Customers will be informed ahead of any visible changes.

    Will this impact my current Snow Atlas usage? 

    No functional impact is expected. You may notice updated styling and improved visual consistency, but workflows, data, and outcomes remain the same. 

     

    Do I need to update integrations or APIs? 

    No changes are required for existing integrations. Where new API surfaces are introduced, they will be additive and documented. 

     

    When will these changes happen? 

    Changes will be rolled out incrementally starting with Datacenters and Clusters and Objects pages on April 14th, 2026. Customers will receive specific notice for any visible updates. 

     

    How will Flexera communicate these changes? 

    Flexera will use a multichannel communication approach, including: 

    • Advance notifications for visible UI changes via Community posts 
    • Enablement via account/CSM teams 
    • Snow Atlas documentation updates
