The old Flexera SaaS Manager (FSM) can pickup ex SSO Application Discovery (ex EntraID), so if you are using that SSO technology you can atleast catch the users and login activity. It also exists a Ingestion tool where you can use API or CSV imports to be uploaded to SaaS Manager.
The new FLexeraONE SaaS Manager (FOSM) have also the possibility with EntraID SSO discovery and there are also a CSV import functionality to import users and activity. We usually ask AI (Copilot/ChatGPT) to develop those kind of scripts in regardless if its onprem or cloud/saas and then you need to import it for the first time and then FOSM will expose an API to programatically update the data which you then also can ask AI to develop the script. If the application doesnt exists then you can define it in the Private SaaS Catalogue
Function resides under Administration->FlexeraONE SaaS Manager Settings->DataImport
Flexera is also on its way to release an eLearning for how to work with data imports I saw in another thread.

Hi,
I've been reading the documentation to understand the agent-based browser extension features (https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/SaaS/agent-based-browser-extensions.htm). It repeatedly mentions an Allowlist to filter browser URLs, to keep the amount of data manageable and, I assume, for data privacy reasons as well.
All that time I was under the impression that this Allowlist can be managed, e.g. for adding relevant URLs or removing URLs for data privacy concerns. I got the new menu in my test tenant (Data Collection > Common Inventory Tasks > SaaS Web Metering Settings), but there is no Allowlist.
Has anyone else looked into this yet? Do I misunderstand the idea of this Allowlist?
Best regards,
Markward

Is anyone experiencing a blank output window when navigating to the "Integration Applications" tab for any specific Managed Products?
Is this expected?
Attached are screenshots.

Hi
I'm trying to setup an integration towards Degreed and is successful with the Application Roster.
However with the application usage I wonder how I should define the start and end date to get it dynamically.
API URL is correct in the picture, however static and not dynamic as I would like to have it.
Any suggestions?

@mag00_75
You can try to investigate if Degreed's xAPI is capable of extracting the relevant data as these parameters don't seem to be mandatory with it, please refer to this page for reference.
If logins are the only user activities they expose or that you're interested in, you may use your SSO solution to be able to track the same provided that users get authenticated to Degreed this way...
Thanks,
John Sorensen

The MS Defender doesn't bring in any data in the system now what is the alternative to get this data without the Power BI report?

Good morning,
I need your help regarding #AutoCAD product (#autodesk) detection in SNOW, Client has purchased some AutoCAD in Network contract which is a Cloud product. Client wants to track usage of the product but he doesn't want to purchase the #SaaS connector.
There is any way to track the usage? manually? workaround?
Thanks for your help in advance!

there is also an autocad v3 report which does a basic report based on the agent detection mainly region stuff and education (AKA cracked) licensese serial numbers - ask your Account manager
