Changes to Power BI report availability

To better align with our evolving product strategy and ensure our resources are focused on providing the most value to our customers, we will be phasing out access to some of our existing Power BI reports in the Flexera Community.

Reports to be removed from Community at the end of March 2025:

·        Single Managed App

·        Zscaler

·        All SaaS Apps Overview

·        MS Defender

These reports will be removed from the Community at the end of March. However, we will continue to provide support for these reports until the end of September.

Reports to be removed from Community at the end of June 2025:

·        M365

·        Salesforce

·        ServiceNow

These reports will be removed from the Community at the end of June. Support for these reports will continue until the end of December.

We understand that these reports have been a valuable resource for many of our customers, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Why are these changes being made?

Focus on Innovation: We are continuously investing in developing new and innovative solutions to help you optimize your IT investments.

Product Alignment: These changes will allow us to focus our resources on developing and supporting solutions that align with our latest product offerings.

We appreciate your understanding and continued partnership. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Support team.

  • Is the plan to merge these reports into the TI Platform (which has the embedded PowerBI) over time? Thanks !

  • How can this just be retracted? How do we report now on Discovered apps Through CASB?

  • Are there alternate routes customers should take to either report on discovered apps or to see these apps in the platform? This leaves customers looking to integrate this data at a dead end.

  • The MS Defender doesn't bring in any data in the system now what is the alternative to get this data without the Power BI report?
