Our Snow License Manager is currently showing a Critical alert for 18 endpoints. These devices belong to users who are currently on sick leave. please advise on how we can prevent Snow from rom quarantining these devices or suppress the alerts.

To stop Snow License Manager from quaranting these devices you should use the Disable automatic quarantine management option.
This is available on the Edit Computer page documented here: https://docs.flexera.com/snow-license-manager-ui/computers/edit-computer
This will not suppress the Alerts.

You can also set the device to status "Active" this will stop the Alerts but please do take a not of these and change the "Disable automatic quarantine management " back on once the user returns to work.
