I may misinterpret your question completely but

• Flexera's IT Visibility solution will be able to provide a report on which browsers are installed and with which versions, and including associated risks like lifecycle and potential vulnerabilities associated.
• Flexera's ITAM solution will also be able to provide a similar list of browsers installed and with which versions, but without any enrichment (as browsers are not commercial applications)

Please elaborate a bit on the context of your question if I misunderstood it.
