How can we import and link business service , business unit ,cost center and location to ITVisiblity?
Hi we are using ITVisiblity SaaS.
we want to use report such as "Comprehensive Hardware Inventory-organization statistics".
When we look at the report now, it shows business service "unknown", business unit "unknown" ,cost center "unknown" and location "unknown".
does anybody know how to import and link business service , business unit ,cost center and location to each device?

Business services get imported from the Business Service Mapping discovery capabilities included with IT Visibility, often referred to as the RN150 virtual appliance; or it get be imported through the Custom Inventory Importer. Business unit (corporate unit), cost center and location are inherited from Flexera One ITAM, please refer to Configuring Enterprise Structure.
