We have multiple agencies/organizations that log into Flexera. The reports and views are "public", but we don't want these agency/organization specific users to view other agency/organizations assets.

You have to run through 3 steps:
configure the structure (1) of your Organization in the SLM Management Console as a tree of nodes and sub-nodes (2)
Enter each node (3) to configure Auto-Connection rules (4, 5) for all devices to be assigned to one of your nodes (6) based on IP address, device name, Config name, etc ...
Assign each System user (the ones having access to the Snow web interface) to their node

Thanks for the information Samuel. I should have been more specific with my question, but we currently do not have the Flexera SLM feature. But we will have to take a closer look at that.
