Unexpected error - while clicking on Auto-Approve link from email.

Hello Flexerans

When clicking on the Auto-Approve link from an email sent to the approver, we're getting an Unexpected error message on the redirected page.

I have tried restarting the ESDService and restarting the iis, but unfortunately same issue.

is there anything I need to check?

Website.log should contain any details regarding unhandled exceptions (the Unexpected Error page means there was an unhandled exception).

  Sorry, that exception message doesn't really help. I'd suggest opening a case with Flexera Support if you haven't already.
