Hi,
As MS has moved to win 10 servicing model or windows as a service , can you provide how to ascertain application compatibility on various win 10 OS e.g. 1809 , 1903 n so on.
Is there any standard feature available in AS 2019 enterprise edition ? What are future release plan tackling this issue ?
Also, by when can expect package support framework to be part of AS suite .
Thanks,
Amit
Hello Amit,
With Microsoft's Windows-as-a-service model, we quickly understood the importance of testing the Operating System compatibility of a give application against a specific version of Windows 10 - 1803, 1809 etc, and how this is going to be a continuous process for the Enterprises in the future. Therefore, one of the major features of AdminStudio 2019 was to provide the ability to test applications against specific version of Windows 10. We are focused on helping our customers to easily manage the continuous process of migrations to the latest version of Windows 10. As and how Microsoft releases a new version of Windows 10, you will see the support for this new version will be immediately added in the subsequent release of AdminStudio. In the new release of AdminStudio which is coming out pretty soon, we are supporting the latest Windows 10 version - 1903.
