Patch creation error Val0001
I've build an msp just to replace a .bmp file with a newer version.
Patch seems to work but at build I get the following error:

Creating Patch Configuration Properties...
The Patch does not remove the file. It just replaces the file with a newer version. I don't know why an entry in RemoveFile table is needed.
