Change an existing Installation??
We have Roxio Easy CD 6 installed on several workstations with all the available options installed. I created an .MST file to install the product with the basic necessary options. I tried running the msi install with the transforms options and the changes don't take effect. If I uninstall the product and run the install with the transform, it works fine. Is there a way to apply the change without having to uninstall and reinstall the product?
Thank you for your question about updating installed applications. I think what you're looking for is a patch, not a transform. Check out the documentation on patches in DevStudio (or Developer, depending on what version of AdminStudio you have) for more information. Hope this points you in the right direction.
