Installshield Repackager An unknown Error occured while compiling irp to ism

By repackaging MS-OLAP-2000 Client I get the following Error:

Mapping application paths from registry information

Mapping environment variables from registry information to the Environment table

Processing .INI file changes and writing to the IniFile table

Applying merge modules

An unknown error occurred

Conversion completed with 193 warning(s).

Output file:

An unknown error occurred

I've generated an Debug report, please find enclosed Inc2msi.log. But I don't have an Idea why the error occured. Can anyone help me please ??

Do not use "Replace files with merge modules whenever possible" in Repackager is the solutions....

I've seen this a few times. For some reason I can sometimes get round this by running the original snapshot again or, as you say, unchecking the merge module option.
