Hi @cweksflex
The file that you wish to submit is missing essential metadata. This does occur on rare occasions. You could try a unique .dll out of the application library files.
Furthermore, you can try doing a manual SVM Agent Scan and check if the application detects anything in the directory.
Manual scan:
Open CMD as administrator, navigate to the csia.exe
csia -c -d "c:\temp\svm_scan.log" -v -t 3
Please open a support case and attach the svm_scan.log
