SNOW Application Upgrade - Service Now

We have recently upgraded our service now to Rome. We already have a SNOW application running in Service Now. We would like to upgrade the SNOW application to the newer version.

I believe the Transform Map and the Transform Script needs to be updated to make it compatible with the SIM Connector.

i. Any document to refer which can list out the Transform changes in the SNOW application.

ii. What else needs to be considered when performing the upgrade.

Start with this document to verify all the transforms are aligned.

See table index at end of document. User Guide: Installation and Configuration of Snow for ServiceNow 4.1 (snowsoftware.com)

Then running the index of the DB helps speed it up during import.

The document link that you have provided has one more link for upgrades.

This seems to be OUTDATED

Could you please share the updated link for the upgrade pls.

You may need to submit a ticket for SNOW support asking for a more recent document. That is all that came up when I searched the portal.
