AFAIK there is none except "contact Professional Services or a partner".

Depends what you mean by "upgrade" are you going from version 3.2 to 6 to simply version 6.x to a greater 6.x
If the first then follow Axel's suggestion if the latter then follow best practice and back up dB's and snapshot the server then just run the SUS to upgrade to latest version.
